Ingredients

- 1½ cups of almond meal/flour
- ¼ cup of maple syrup
- ¼ cup of coconut oil
- ¼ cup of sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup of chocolate chips
- ½ Tsp of vanilla extract
- Pinch of kosher/sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or Silpat
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until a dough forms
- Scoop desired amount of dough, roll into a ball and flatten if wanted
- Place on baking sheet
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown
Notes
- These cookies don’t spread, so shape them as you wish before baking.
- Instead of sunflower seeds use other nuts or double the chocolate chips.
