Ingredients

Salad
- 1 pear of your choice
- 1 small fennel (keep the fronds)
- Pickled red onions (optional)
Dressing
- 1 TBSP white wine vinegar
- 1/2 TBSP olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice pear and fennel as thinly as you can (see notes)
- Add to a bowl
- Mix dressing ingredients
- Dress salad
- Top with fennel fronds and pickled onions
- Plate
Notes
a mandolin is very helpful, if you don’t have one, you may also dice both the pear and fennel in small cubes, that would look very cute as well
