I am classically trained in French cuisine at Liaison College, hold a full-time job in Finance, and have a passion for vegan cooking and baking. I have been vegetarian for over 30 years and became vegan four years ago. As such, I know the challenges vegans face daily, especially when we live such rushed lives. I have performed extensive research into vegan lifestyles and healthy living and incorporates this information into my recipes. I make most of my food from scratch, so I can vouch for every recipe.  In fact all recipes are what I eat every day.
