Ingredients

Scale
  • thinly sliced green and red cabbage
  • 23 medium shredded carrots
  • 2 TBSP vegan mayo
  • 12 TSP mustard
  • Juice of half a lemon OR
  • 12 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • Salt & pepper to taste 

Instructions

  1. in a bowl, mix all veg
  2. add dressing ingredients and mix
  3. set aside

Notes

This salad tastes even better the next day.
